Hannover Royal

Walk in the footsteps of the Guelph royal family! Your visit to the Royal Gardens of Herrenhausen takes you to one of the best preserved baroque garden complexes in Europe which was laid out for Kurfürstin Sophie von der Pfalz at the end of the 17th century in the French gardening style. The next part of the programme takes you to Marienburg Castle: the former summer residence of the Guelphs, which is still owned by the Guelph family today, and was a present from Hannoverian King Georg V. to his wife Marie. Your royal tour comes to a relaxing close in the castle restaurant.

Garden Glamour & Gold Rush

Experience two of Hannover’s absolute highlights: The Royal gardens of Herrenhausen contain one of the best preserved baroque gardens in Europe. Kurfürstin Sophie von der Pfalz ordered the gardens to be laid out at the end of the 17th century in the French manner. Then enjoy Hannover Adventure Zoo – Germany’s most spectacular zoological gardens with seven theme
worlds, including the new Yukon Bay Canada theme park. The successful day in the zoo is rounded off by numerous animal shows and show feeding times every day, not to mention the themed catering, and the many baby animals.

Hannover Traditional Style

Travel back in time to the bygone days of Hannover under the professional guidance of a so-called Bruchmeister (trad. city stewards of the marksmen‘s fair). This is followed by sampling in the proper style of Hannover‘s “Lüttje Lage“ at a rustic brew house.
